Eonmetall’s RM273.28 Million Kapar Industrial-Land Sale Agreement Becomes Unconditional

On 28 October, reports confirmed that Eonmetall Group’s proposed RM273.28 million disposal of approximately 66.03 acres of freehold industrial land in Kapar, Selangor, had become unconditional after the required conditions were fulfilled on 27 October. The purchaser identified the land as part of a larger site intended for information-technology infrastructure development. The agreement becoming unconditional does not mean that the disposal has already been completed.
