Georgia and Singapore Launch a Privately Funded Fintech Scholarship Programme

On 29 October, Tbilisi State University, Pave Bank and Singapore’s Global Finance & Technology Network announced the Georgia-Singapore Fintech Scholars Programme, giving Georgian students opportunities to study at Singapore Management University and gain industry experience from 2027. The programme is funded by Tether and Pave Bank, although its total funding amount was not disclosed. Universities, training providers and consulting firms can explore opportunities in fintech education, digital learning and research partnerships.
