Andorra’s Alt de la Capa Viewpoint Project Faces Fresh Objections

On 27 October, reporting said La Massana’s minority group had filed 23 objections to the Alt de la Capa viewpoint project, whose awarded works are valued at €892,148.54 (approximately US$1.03 million). The objections raise questions about the project’s future, so the announced award should not be treated as proof that the works will proceed unchanged.
